PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
TERMATA® offers supervised installation (oversight and organizational-technical management of delivery and installation), commissioning, and prompt activation of heating equipment.

TRAINING
Scheduled express training for the client’s personnel on the following topics: operating rules, preventive maintenance features, and heating equipment repair procedures.

REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Accessible technological consultations in "online" mode for all questions regarding setup, operation, repair, and restoration of heating equipment under the "24/7" formula.

TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE
TERMATA® conducts scheduled diagnostic works with on-site visits to the client.

WARRANTY REPAIR WORKS
TERMATA® performs repair and restoration works with on-site visits to the client and at its own production facility.

WARRANTIES
TERMATA® guarantees uninterrupted operation of all equipment for 12 months from the date of commissioning, but no more than 18 months from the date of delivery. Company specialists continuously accept questions at the service email address service@termata.ru and promptly engage with negotiation participants. Post-warranty service is provided based on an additional service agreement.
